Our handtufted rugs are manufactured with a weight of 4,500 GSM (grams per squaremeter). The high density of the yarn used gives our DozyRugs a specialst ability and the highest quality. In addition, we manufacture our carpets with a pile height of 12mm. Cheap carpets are often manufactured with only 500 - 700 GSM and a pile height of 5 - 7mm. All our carpets go through a quality check before they are carefully packed and shipped. When you receive your rug, please open it immediately and check that it has not been damaged in transit. Do not store it without allowing it to breathe. Once it is opened and spread out, the flattened fibres will be able to unfold in their beauty.
